Tried this and I found that the yeast is not enough for the amount of flour, they did not rise after I plated them… think there is an error in the yeast

Ahh that's a shame! Wish it worked out for you. I have made it over 10 times and it works for me and my family so I am not exactly sure what went wrong. Just checking your using dry active yeast ?

sometikes the yeast is just bad. Always check expiration date​@@kerriebilias9490
