TT Ride Share Executive Chairman: Driver wasn't on duty

TT Ride Share Executive Chairman, Dwight Housend, says murdered ride share driver Shakem Charles wasn't on duty in the moments preceding his death. He told CNC3 News the company has been cooperating with the police and is in the process of upgrading its security systems. Housend spoke to Otto Carrington exclusively for this report.
