Waaw you made so much effort for this video. Blinc is quite expensive but now I won't be wasting money on other mascaras that do not work as tubing mascara should work. And now I can finally wear mascara while swimming. I mean it will hold right? Plus, made your eyes look sooo whispy and doe eyed, stunning!

Elf has one now, and it comes in brown! I've been using the Clinque one for YEARS, also in brown, when I can actually find it.

The reason I like the Clinique one so much is because it's lengthening, but not very volumizing. I don't care for fat lashes on me, they look overtly theatrical, where on a lot of other people they look very nice.

Blinc is my favorite too. It is also one of the few that come in brown as well as black.

IGreat video! I wore the original Blinc mascara through emergency surgery, and four days in the hospital. I was wearing it prior to my ER visit. They admitted me and rushed me to surgery. I never took it off and it lasted 5 days! I love it! I’ll have to try the extension one.

I've only tried Blinc original and it's the only mascara that doesn't budge. It doesn't hold a curl well for my thin lashes so I might try your top pick! Thanks for your reviews :)

This was a super interesting and useful comparison, thank you for spending so much time on it! I was wondering if you could talk about what was wrong with the Kevyn Aucoin and No7 ones, as those seem to be the 2 most recommended options for high end and drugstore tubing mascaras when I look online (though I was wary of many of those websites because they had non tubing mascaras on the list too). I’ve been hearing the term “tubing hybrid” formula a lot recently, and it seems to represent the mascaras that are waterproof and hold up to oils, but can be removed with warm water and pressure (though these ones do not come off in tubes so they get all of the face). Also, would you consider trying the DHC tubing mascara and comparing it with the Blinc? Those seem to be the most used tubing brands from Japan since the beginning, and I’ve seen people go back and forth about which is best for a while now. It would be nice to see a full test and comparison of the two to see who comes out on top.

Hi! Neither option gave me the greatest volume and length compared to the higher scoring mascaras! I also didn't love the all day hold. They're both good mascaras but didn't perform as well as a tubing mascara should. Hope this helps!

I really hate Thrive. It stays wet far too long so it sticks together before I leave the house.
