This is the best - by far - of all the videos I've seen on tuck jump to handstand. Very clearly explained and demonstrated. Thank you :o)

This is such a good video. Saved to my drills. Your encouraging and reassuring, love how many tips you give for those not used to being away from the wall. The breakdown is so helpful. Never underestimate all those little small tips. Thank you so much xxxxxx

Thanks for sharing Anamaria, very clear tutorial. I have been doing tuck jumps facing the wall but when I go down I'm still feeling a strong pressure in my low back and can't do the negative tuck slow

How long did it take for you to get it done without any help? I struggle with it in initial stages only I believe my arms are weak and core is also not upto mark

Honestly, it took a couple of years for me to nail handstand in the middle of the room and I worked on it everyday. Be patient. And yes, building up your core and shoulder strength will help ALOT!

Inspiring! Thank you! I do this against the wall (as I am afraid to fall and kill myself) but my head keeps crashing into the wall. Any tips?
