The Needle Beetle needle selector is a great little tool for selecting needle arrangements for specialty stitches such as tuck, lace, slip, weaving, and fairisle. For more info on Needle Beetles or other Kriskrafter knitting machine accessories, go to www.kriskafter.com
For the instructions on creating the stitch used in the video scroll down....

Multiples of 8 + 7 sts. *I used 55 needles in this video.
TUCK STITCH:
Select first 8 needles as such:
2 in B position, 3 in C position (D for Brother KX & Convertible machines), 2 in B position, 1 in C (D) position.
Push Needle Beetle across the row and it will select the rest of the needles in the same arrangement.
Set knitting machine to tuck and knit 2 rows.
Release hold/tuck and knit 1 plain row.
LACE HOLES:Now look at the stitches, see the yarn strands that are under the groups of 3 needles? Locate the center needle of the 3 needles, transfer the R st onto that center stitch, then transfer the L st onto the center stitch. Repeat across the row.Knit 2 rows.
PULL-UP:Using your single transfer tool, pull up the 2 strands from the 3-needle group and hang them onto the center needle. Repeat across the row. Knit 2 rows.
That's it! Repeat all above rows to make pattern.
I plan on making a scarf with the gray that you see in the video, almost done and need to then lightly steam it. I will post a picture when done.
Thanks for watching!
