I think she needs psycological help. I think post partum depression and divorce left her completely overwhelmed and steerless. After season 6 I hope she will take a break from the camera.

Amy WAS I therapy for multiple reasons after season 5, she admitted this, even was on meds. Apparently, NONE of it has helped. TAKE THOSE KIDS FROM HER, NOW!!

I think it's so sad! Amy just can't keep herself together. To put those boys in a what could be A LIFE OR DEATH SITUATION! She should not have those boys in her parental custody. Sorry NOT SORRY. Amy you need rehab!. As Chris said about Tammy back in the day "WARD OF THE STATE" 😂

In what way is having weed and mushrooms in a car is a life or death situation? They were not using in the vehicle with the children in the car they weren't even in the car when all this happened.

If those drugs were in the car they were planning on using them why else would you drive around with them and not leave them at home? I don’t think eating mushrooms and driving little kids around is a good idea. Do you think the young kids should be getting a contact buzz? They clearly said they could smell weed as soon as they approached the vehicle.

@@MadddyDawn ever had a bag of weed of actual good weed? It smells regardless of being smoked or not. I have had weed in my car with me woth my son (24 now) many times. Just because it is in the car soes not at all mean you plan to smoke it. Also never done mushrooms so not sure if they have a smell, but i do know weed smells regardless of smoked so yes you would smell it.

I’m not surprised at all. Amy will probably lose the boys. She didn’t really seem like she liked being a mom. Plus she always has to have a man. I can only imagine how many men they’ve already met.

She loves her boys just because she is having trouble in her life doesn’t mean she should completely lose her kids. I believe she needs some intense therapy probably even inpatient, but she doesn’t deserve to lose her kids!

It used to be that Amy had her head screwed on and Tammy was the troublesome one but it seems to have changed and Tammy seems to be the one with her head screwed on and now Amy's the troublesome one.

Whatever the outcome is of this situation, the one thing I do hope that changes for the better is the living situation of the boys. I hope this really brings attention to how the boys are living and being treated. They do NOT need to be in Amy's so called care, she is a very unstable out of control person and a lazy mother. I don't think she has the interest of children's well being at heart, at all. In her mind Amy comes first and here's some of the proof. And as far as Amanda goes she can have several seats, with her big, bad self, she's all show. She doesn't look like she's keeping up with what's going on with those boys. I think all she's concerned with is that The Show Must Go On, she's disgusting to. The only one l like and seems to have a lick of sense is their brother Chris.

I live in Tennessee although not close to where Amy was arrested. In my county and 3 neighboring counties, the judges throw out all Marijuana charges but 1 other neighboring County, supposedly the judge there will still throw the book at you. In my county the deputies have stopped even trying to arrest people over pot. As far as mushrooms and anything other than pot, I think most of them will still proceed and they all absolutely give maximum sentences for meth.

Shrooms and weed aren’t dangerous, nor should they be illegal. That said, having them around kids, in plain sight? Plain stupid. I hear the show is on its last season. Tammy is doing other content. Amy needs real counseling help. Ugh.
