Besides getting our grub on at this food truck, I also give a quick tour of the food truck scene in the South Lake Union neighborhood, home of Amazon and other tech companies.

What gets me is all the development that has happened there in the last 10+ years. I can remember when it was open and you had a nearly uninterrupted view to the lake.

Yesterday my friend and I came up with this fabulous idea involving a Lao or Thai coffee shop. Unfortunately I'm neither business savvy nor do I have strong finance to start a business. It's fun to imagine Starbucks but with a Lao or Issan twist to it though!

Hey there Mr. Lao Ocean... I will definitely add Lao cuisine to my to-do list... I have never had it... I've only been exposed to Chinese, Japanese, Mongolian, and Thai cuisines... Definitely also gonna try Taiwanese food... I love all food, but hope to expand my exposure this summer!... Have you tried any Jamaican or Cuban food?... Those are also on my to-do list... I have a huge list... But if you, or anyone in the comments for that matter... Has any recommendations please shoot them my way... Thanks in advance!
