WoW ! This really works ! Today I finished off my usual 5 Tibetans with this second day of Tummo practice, and then settled down to meditation to find my breathing rate was half what it usually is during meditation. Thankyou ! Day three coming up tomorrow.

Really great man, thank you. I had tears the whole practice - you are a great teacher. I am 33 now, and have dedicated half of my life to learning how to heal from intergenerational complex chronic illness. I walked for lengthy periods in the Himalayas, trained in martial arts in China and in my home country, sought great mentors from my own culture (Māori), practiced qi gong, sat in ceremony with Wixitari in Mexico and deep dieta with Shipibo/Konibo in Peru, did a degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine. All the time I thought that if I could learn to heal myself, I could teach others. At 29 I suffered a major collapse, and I gave up on that dream. I was still focused on healing myself, and learned a lot through it but I was so wounded from that blow that I didn't want to even think about operating as a practitioner or a teacher in the 'wellness' space. Now I am re-finding and re-igniting that passion as I step up my commitment and dedications. I am remembering and recovering everything that I learned in my younger years, and learning new practices (such as Tummo, and also playing around with Wim Hof). I discovered your channel yesterday with the day 1 challenge, this is an excellent practice. Anyway, your presence and your words have served as a reminder not to keep my hard earned teachings close to my heart. Time for me to start sharing. Thanks again brother. Kā mihi me te aroha

Thank you very much David! This second practise was very powerful for me, but also I didn‘t know how to react, because at the 10th breath I noticed very much interior heat coming up inside me and a feeling like nearly fainting... The second time I didn‘t breath so deep and the sensation was lighter. Really looking forward to the next days!

Should you retain the breath full lungs after the 10th breath? Should I hold the breath full lungs or empty lungs? Thanks David. Amazing share

You need to keep your PC Muscle engaged the whole time. The visualization of your body as an empty Balloon with a fire inside the Balloon is extremely important to keep in mind throughout the whole process. You need the visualization for the G'Tummo to work. Read Bliss of Inner Fire if you need more information other than mine.

Hi David, first of all.. thank you for sharing this wonderful practice and beautifully guiding us along. I have a question regarding the practice please. I get lumps of air after each round of the practice and usually burp out afterwards... Is it possible coming from swallowing the energy down to the belly before we do the Tummo exhale at the end?
