Spot-on thanks. I’ve used lollipop sticks setting up multi carbs. When you open the butterfly’s using the throttle cable and they all move at the same time it’s right but that’s on slide carbs. Cheers Richie. All the best for 2022.

I can't find an electronic ignition conversion. Everyone seems to be out of stock. What gives?

Well, I was just on Mike's XS site and I saw a couple there's a couple and on eBay. But most likely cuz a lot of this stuff comes out of China and covid is why.

For the dead cylinder air/idle was there a certain rpm you look for or adjust for highest rpm on one cylinder? Thanks for the video.

Just enough RPM to keep the motor running is where I set it at. Thanks for watching

1976 XS650 twin manifolds do not have vacuum tube ports. How do you tune the carbs with out them?

Good question: you can remove the carbs and set butterflies manually with two 1/8" rods or drill bits. Or drill into manifolds and install your own vacuum ports but be very careful doing if. Or buy a set . Hope that helps. Thanks for watching.

So which year manifolds with vacuum ports will work on a 1976 XS650? Will 1978 manifolds fit correctly? Looks like that's the first year with the ports. @@outlaw86custom

Wish I could find that carb angle adjustment tool. Looks very thin yet robust! Everything I'm finding is flimsy as hell...

I know what you mean I found that years ago and it's worked well for me. Nowadays I have no suggestions where to get something good like that except maybe a used tool store. Thanks for watching

Hi can you please tell me if its the two brass screws on the top of the carbs your ajusting before you vaccum test. I just cant see the screws your adjusting sorry. Great videos

Adjustment screws I'm using are the air adjustment on either side of the carb and the throttle screw so I can raise and lower RPMs. I may make a short little video on adjusting those cards again real soon. Thanks for watching
