Hey Chaser, I noticed you are kind of unsure of the radiator. Isn’t there a way to figure the capacity of the needed coolant volume of the radiator to temperature through math? It seems a little scary to put one of the main systems on line without knowing if you have enough cooling? Just curious. Hope it all goes well for you.

There might be but there's probably no accurate equation that can account for all variables as there are many that will affect the cooling effectiveness. I've since trashed this radiator setup and went with a larger one anyways

Hey Chase thanks for the update on the scion xb. What exhaust would you suggest for a 2011 scion xb?

I'll have another update soonish. If it was me, I'd have an exhaust built at your local exhaust shop. Pick out a header if you want one, Tsudo makes a nice one. Then pick out a center muffler, I like Vibrant Performance, and maybe add one more in the back, and pick out a nice tip. Exhaust shops can usually do the fab work pretty cheap, and that gives you the option to upsize the piping. I'd do 2.75 or 3 inch

do they sell kits for the xb or is a custom kit the only way to boost one

As far as I know, no true bolt on kits exist. There are some bolt on parts floating around for the engine such as a manifold, which is really the hardest part of building a turbo kit besides tuning. The rest is pretty straightforward
