3uz would not make the power of an LS without the help of turbos and that’s the beauty of the LS it’s naturally aspirated and would outperform the 3uz. Sound wise I hear angels singing in a choir it sounds nasty and menacing.
@inaNis_7 ай бұрын
@@Capnobvious Depending on conditions, that's actually desirable. Lighter transmissions when considering the UZ as well compared to the LS. Not having a lot of torque lower down means you don't need to feather the throttle as much when road racing. Just depends on personal preference really
@trashbandit24497 ай бұрын
@@inaNis_ what transmission options would you put behind the UZ? And too much low end torque isn't really a thing. Can get an LS with smaller displacement or just swap a cam that has a power curve that's higher in the rpm instead of low end torque

Imagine GM made a Cobalt SS RWD this would be it.
@Curtis19847 ай бұрын
Seen a Cavalier (last gen.) at a car show with a big block in it, front seats were basically in the back seats. (Didn't look right at all) A cobalt conversion might be the same with making a tunnel and extending the dash back. If it could be done looking normal, yeah that would be sweet.
@seldomchrometv11817 ай бұрын
@@Curtis1984 the cobalt would have to get some custom modifications done. The front end would need to be extended a little and reinforced chassis to support the weight. Also would need to be put on wider wheels to support the weight and distribute it better. Of course the COG will change. The fire wall would be moved a little and everything still could stay the same.
