These clowns had oil 50 years ago and still look like they are in the 50s. Qatar found gas and then created refineries and tankers to transport that gas and now are one of the richest developed nations on earth

@@adeolugodwin4267 I've worked for the french civil services several times. I've seen bribes going between (some) french companies and (some) African officials. The people doing those bribes also know for sure that at least the Chinese and British officials (&companies) do the same. It's fucked up I tell you.
