For this recipe, you will need:

- 20 Rice Paper Wrappers
🔸 Stuffing:
- 2-3 tbsp Avocado or Coconut oil
- 1 lb Ground Turkey
- 4 oz Green Cabbage, minced
- 4 oz Red Cabbage, minced
- 3 oz Carrots, minced
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 5 Green Onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp Ginger, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- ¾ tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
🔸 Dipping Sauce:
- 3 tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 tsp Fried Chili Oil
