Hello,let me ask a question in form of example, as a foreigner if i want to gain turkish citizenship by bank deposite i must invest 500k dollars in a bank account for 3 years, imagine today while 1$=32TL i opened a yuvam account with 500k dollars(16,000,000TL) for 3 years and if at the end of third year 1$=80TL, at the end of third year how much TL or usd will i get in my yuvam account?

There is a return calculator at yuvam.tcmb.gov.tr/wps/wcm/connect/yuvam/en Just scroll down and you will see the calculators. It tells all the details. Note that Yuvam account is for 2 years. For the 3rd year, Yuvam might be expanded for the 3rd year, but it is not sure yet. So, you can calculate the return for 2 years. And for your last 3rd year, you will need to look at the investment option when the time comes.

Very unlikely they'd let you do that without having either citizenship or a residence permit.

Yes, some banks allow foreigner to open bank account even if they don't have residency in Turkey. You need to provide a document that shows your address in USA instead (utility bill or an official document with your address on it). As long as you explain a valid reason to open an account in Turkey there's a couple of banks that will allow you to open an account as long as you get a Turkey tax number.
