It would be better if you throw the eggs when the water boils well, but as a Turk, I found the view very tasty. It was delicious.😊👏

way too much butter... I recommend black pepper for yogurt and a tiny bit cumin at the end

You don’t have to strain the excess water but doing it will minimize the mess in the pot while poaching the eggs

Too much butter and too much oil. Too much souce in the egg and yogurt. Where is sumac?
