@Lila Liloucha68 It depends, where you eat. Locals generally prefer to eat their meals at family owned, traditional or luxury, famous restaurants. Similar to fine dining, no need to have a Michelin Star. Personally I never try street food except Chestnut, fresh orange juice, pomegranate and lemon juice. 😉

Luke, so good! Istanbul totally surprised me when I visited. One of the most beautiful places I’ve been to. Clocked up so many kilometers walking around the city. The sense of historical importance was overwhelming. Would head back in a heartbeat! Keen up the great content.

You simply have to experience it for yourself. I was so impressed by everything I’m booking again to go back when we’re allowed. I believe the theory behind it is that during some time in the middle of the 1900s there were a lot of issues with secret police and neighbors ratting each other out and such. This made the German and Austrian population very skeptical and largely in favor of their privacy. Not just things as filming/photographing strangers is frowned upon. In Austria paying with cash money, as opposite to paying with a card, is favored. Supposedly also so that there is less chance of being "tracked".

Kebab and well mostly pomegranate juice,ayran makes you feel pumped through a day.Such a nostalgia for Turkey that i went 6 years ago.Still must visit Istanbul after 3 times in Turkey,so next time.1 USD for pomegranate used to be cheap,but 0.64 USD that is cheaper than i thought it would be.Looking forward for more Turkey series videos.Thank you for great video!
