Getting a top striker was really needed this summer. We've had so many crucial chances that haven't been put away. A top striker would have solved that. Especially that chance at the end against Chelsea that could have won us the game.

So it’s Havertz fault that Arsenal didn’t get a striker this window, and Havertz fault they didn’t get someone else instead of Havertz in the first place!?!? Remember the entire season we all watched where Kai Havertz led the line and we almost won the league? We forget that we were only close because of Kai Havertz moving to center forward. This is on Arteta and Edu, not on Kai. You could argue we shouldn’t have got him 2 years ago, but the fact is we all saw him perform way beyond what people expected. I believe he’d be scoring if the team put him in a position to score - but Arteta doesn’t do that, he’s back to a weird roaming midfielder.
