I made this today. Thank you so much. My penpal of over 40 years is Trinidadian. During Covid she taught me to make doubles. I looked on KZbin videos to make doubles and found you. Today I tried this recipe. Wow! I was born in Europe and all over the US including Hawaii but these flavor combinations are new for me. Turned out great. Your videos are easy to understand and follow.

Hello dear Ria, Congratulations to you. . Even I am a Bengali 😊. Your curry reminds me how my dad cooks chicken. He doesn’t like using any type of spice powders, not even garam masala, just a bay leaf, only turmeric, lots of onions, garlic, ginger, tomatoes, fresh green chilies and yes potatoes, but it tasted divine. Lots of love to Leo darling.

I’m not sure how this is a no fuss chicken curry in a hurry recipe/dish, there are so many steps and spices and standing time by the stove. A no fuss recipe would be mixing all spices and oilwith the chicken, onions, tomatoes etc wrapping it in foil and baking in the oven, or cooking a dish with 5 ingredients.
@CookingWithRia2 жыл бұрын
If you didn’t notice I have a note that said you can throw it all in the pot and it will still turn out great. Did I say curry in a hurry? 🤷🏽♀️ Still takes 40 mins. Thanks for stopping by.
