Ingredients: 6-8 Turmeric Roots
1 Lemon
Water
Honey
Elderberry Powder (Optional)
Directions:
Cut the lemon in half
In a blender put in the turmeric roots then add enough water to cover all the roots
Put the lemon, honey and 2-3 scoops of elderberry powder in the blender
Blend
In a bowl strain the juice to make sure no seeds/skin gets in the drink, pour the juice in glass of choice
