You can probably do this with AppleScript / Siri Shortcuts and not need a third-party.

I'd stick with a read later app, with this you are missing all the images and other stuff that an article may have. And the send email part seems a bit cumbersome to me, maybe if it had some kind of browser extension.

It does have an extension and a bookmarklet. 😊
