In Windows 10 is now located at Control Panel > System > Optional Features at the bottom left corner. Or just type "optional features" in taskbar, or either way type "fodhelper" in Run win+R.

1. didnt work, still blank 2. gpedit.exe not found 3. nothing happened 4. nothin happened, still blank 5. got error 0x80040154 on cmd prompt run as admin

@@fookutube501 it was still blank until i reset my pc then fresh install a new windows into that after reset state. First time having to reset my pc 4 times in a row like that to test which solution works
