A tiny seed can grow and transform into a masterpiece. And self-imposed limitation can be a great way to create that seed. Great video!

When you say celebration of limiting yourself, I know that you're up to something. Those are fun places to be.

Mr. Sadowick no one is talking about serum fx and how to apply it to any kind of audio source
@kn00tcn5 жыл бұрын
i saw one recently, but forgot which
@ohstirfry5 жыл бұрын
kn00tcn I probably saw the same one recently but I think Sadowick has a unique take on things even though you can find lots of other identical tutorials on production. Also I want to see if other people use it like I do.

What did the LFO tool do?
@MrLatereality5 жыл бұрын
it's modulating the volume of the synth (Serum) track to lower in volume at the beginning of every quarter note
@Joseph-fs4kh5 жыл бұрын
cede thank you I was trying to see what he applied it to.
@Vegan_Kebab_In_My_Hand5 жыл бұрын
Ye it modulates the amplitude of the signal, in this instance it's functioning like a sidechain.

Matej / Psiloz I have the max for live tools. Can that be mapped to most vst parameters?
@Vegan_Kebab_In_My_Hand5 жыл бұрын
Joseph not sure about that, I don’t use live tools, max nor the LFO tool so I don’t know how much mapping you can do with it. Tho Sadowick was just modulating the velocity of the outgoing signal from Serum.

Didn't take long for me to nod my head ! Why are addons so expensive tho :( I'd love to use Serum etc.

On splice you can get a subscription to serum and pay 10 dollars a month untill youve paid for the full price and then its yours to keep!
@davidbrown1605 жыл бұрын
Just torrent it.
@ohstirfry5 жыл бұрын
Aron Schweizer this guy has your answer. Support Steve he works his ass off working on serum and all customer support questions. Also all his updates are free. Don’t be a tool and steal the software. I paid in full and was 100% satisfied after I hit one note. 200$ is a steel for the amount of options you have.
@GuidoGautsch5 жыл бұрын
Yep, $10/m for Serum is a steal, plus you own it afterwards, it's rent to own. I wish every software maker offered rent to own. If you can afford a computer, you can afford Serum. Don't torrent.
