My Dad always had wagons when I was growing up. Loved them ever since. Hot rodded a couple of chev caprice wagons, but I fell in love with the magnums when they came out. What you’re doing to them brings them to a whole other level! I absolutely love the end result of yours! Thanks so much for sharing your builds Dave!

Leave that front end alone because it is so rare for the Magnums. That front end is my favorite style. If it was the 2007 and earlier then go ahead and swap it to whatever to make it different. I would like to see 300 front end.

I always wanted a magnum since the day they came out. Seen an srt that was black with dark gray stripes and loved it. But I had a toddler when they came out and driving a 92 camaro with 170k on it. So there was no way I was going to be able to afford one. Now they are impossible to find in decent shape with non insane mileage for an affordable price in PA. And yet here my man is building another badass magnum. Guess I’ll live through this channel. Lol

Dave, have you seen the truck conversion kits to turn a Charger into an El Camino style pickup? It would be cool to see you do one with a Hellcat powertrain. You could use it as a parts runner and put old school looking Junkyard Dave logos on it.

I have been waiting for this build. If you do the giveaway , I will 100% entering it. Like I said I have owned 4 diff Magnums 2 R/Ts and 2 SRT8s. I would love to win are buy one if you do as you said. I wish Dodge would have under coated them when they was being built. I looked all over for a Magnum at the first of the year never could find one they was worth owning, Im not like I was 15 years ago.. In 1993 lost both my legs above the knees at my job. I got into drag racing When i stop racing I was making passes of 7.65@165. Anyway I end up buying a 2019 Dodge Challenger has the v6 only 50,000 miles. I heard it cost a lot to have a HellCat motor put in one. But I love the Magnum. Can't wait to see this one to be built.

The SS is his best sounding car. It normally aspirated and just sounds nasty for motor only. I’ve always liked the sound of an LS engine with a good exhaust. You could always put the aftermarket wide body fender flairs on this one so you can run a wider tire. No need to go all crazy on this build.

DAVE! Stop doing these, watching these is an addiction because I know I myself can't get it done but you're always doing quality work, it's amazing, and I can't look away. 😂 If I could put a 392 in mine I would. I've had my 07' since 2008, got 144k on my 3.5 V6, and it's done pretty much everything. Travel, autocross, track days, etc. They sure are versatile. Keep it up, looking forward to seeing how this turns out.

If 08 srt front bumpers and parts werent an absolute nightmare to find id definitely vote to get the srt front. Hopefully you keep it 08 as so few exist anymore. And for the love of god if you swap the front end dont cut up the 08 fenders they are sparce as hell to find for sale.
@richardgarris93054 ай бұрын
you should keep the 08 look. they only made that body style for 08. but if you do switch it up do the 11-14 srt charger front end since youve already got a magnum with the 15+ front end. just my opinion
