1) Find the unspoken assumption - limiting your growth 2) What am I accepting about my business that controlling and limiting? 3) Ask - Is that true? 4) Challenge the unspoken assumption. Ex. If you keep growing, you’ll have less cash. 5) Examine the limitation in complete detail. 6) If you are missing skill set, get someone to help you with it. Get right people to do the job. 7) Can you grow if you’re not fully committed to the business? 8) If that assumption dint exist in you, what are the 3 things you’d do?

Great advice, great questions to ask, and it seems as though his mindset was upgraded. I also like how the CFO suggestion was implemented - and, how the coaching process was broken down for duplication. Awesome

I also have unspoken assumption about my business which is if my business grows, I would have less free time for my my family and to do what I love. I could feel my body in a lower level when I'm saying this.

Take a steps back and clears around you, into the deep meditation way to thinking about the solution to looking at what you really want to do, if you think this is the right think then calculations of the right budget, then talk with someone that you can count on to grow the business and money’s, don’t afraid to asking for helps.
