That's totally in-line with the spirit of Kenshi. The skeletons worked for the humans of the first empire, then they revolted and went on a genocidal rampage, then they felt bad and set up a second empire that was a totalitarian nanny state for the humans, then the humans revolted along with most skeletons, and now most skeletons just wander around as depressed doomers slowly losing their mental stability. Quite a journey!
