Very nice property, definitely a plus to have some rentals to off set the price or perhaps for some one turn into a retreat . BTW your voices are low,at the end after your treat the music is so very loud , the treat looks so good also .Cheers

Thank you both for this sweet tour...what a magical, beautiful place! I can imagine my family here...children, Godchildren, grandchildren....and creating a garden of trees and flowers...and veggies! I love to garden, and so does the rest of the family......I saw that there is plenty of lavender and rosemary, two of my very favorite plants...Please, where can I find the price?

This was just a friendly house tour… Stefania prefers not to put a public reference up, but it can be had by asking her directly or by the realtor referenced to. Just to give you an idea, the price is higher than 1 million and lower than 3 😉

I can understand not putting the price out there,, the market can change in a 6 month period, she was very sweet to show her home while she lives there and with her husband gone and children moved its best to let professionals do the actual listing..

If the owner allowed the video exposure, just to change her mind about providing the asking price, after the fact, tells a lot about her character. Time to unsubscribe.
