EXCELLENT RECIPE. Just made it tonight. Added some cut up chicken for some protein. While I didn't have any Ricotta cheese I did have some Brie. We both like the Panko "crunch" and topped them off with that. Your suggestion for a wine was excellent, however, I had a bottle of Barbera that also went well with the portabello mushrooms and your mixture. I subscribed to your site and look forward to more creative recipes.

I always use frozen spinach - CUT LEAF. You would need 10 or more bags of fresh spinach to make 1 pound of frozen spinach.

Wow that mushroom is huge almost reminds me of Alice in wonderland 😂 you are absolutely right about fresh mushroom. This is a great video excellent recipe and I love all the ingredients you used. This one is a winner. 😂 frozen spinach how dare you 😂 Nutmeg, basil oh my! Love the combination it looks like it is packed with flavor.
