What is that plastic part that goes on the end of the ball. Mine broke when i put it in, but it still works, just broke

Hey bud, that acts as a sort of bushing. I'd always recommending replacing broken components. Sometimes and Item can work in a broken state but overtime cause a headache since the part is more likely to fail. I hope you enjoyed the video bud.

Bro you should of showed how long it took to install the reverse cable, i know it took me more than half hour. Lots of people always cut that part out or say footage was lost, how long did it take you??

I don't remember the exact time but I do remember it being a pain in the butt because I tried to do it without going underneath the car. After I realized it would just be better to go under and stick the Allen wrench in there it went a lot smoother.
