Very nice tutorial and great effort to put this up. Would you be so kind to upload a tutorial explaining how do we get rid of those grainy textures using ProRender? That's my only concern right now. I can't get a nice shiny texture. Everything is full of grains and they don't look natural obviously. Thank you so much.

From what I'm reading, while a compositing tag will remove the physical sky from viewport phys sky objects cannot be excluded from the final render with these tags.

Hey Helge, there is no difference between a light and a plane+luminance I guess, I tested it, PBR light has nothing to do with a "light", it´s just a plane here that´s seen in reflections. Technically makes no sense to me to call it PBR, because it´s a back-hack in a hack. Anyway, I love the way you teach, you know! You are the best.

Vielen Dank für das gute Tutorial. Das einzige Problem mit Prorender ist scheinbar der nicht unterstützte Shadowcatcher. Ich bekomme keinen Shadowcatcher mit dem PRorender gerendert. Die Dokumentation sagt zwar dass es geht, aber ich krieg es nicht hin. Könnte man dazu noch ein kleines Tutorial machen?

Currently it's not supported to bake as the maxon help states here help.maxon.net/us/#56141 I'm having troubles with rendering to picture viewer shows completely wrong gamma - but it´s correct in the viewport preview. Switching to physical renderer and the output image shows correctly. I'm baffled, cant find a solution :O

can you cover any good creasing method for cinema 4d? i cant find creases under menus, subdivision doesnt support them or what? i need a sharp edge and a subdivision surface mesh... internet information is really small, and also modeling subdivision on one object you cant seem to apply subdivision to only a selection... or am i missing something? say i wanted to build a sandcastle and beach mesh in one mesh and the roof of the sandcastle needs a creased roof... im stuck

Well, not true about "optimize for AMD". nVidia cards are way faster than AMDs equivalents in Pro render
