People who have confidence do things on their own without depending on anybody. People who have confidence needs to be communicative to different people on social media like you tube, facebook, and other website. You can reach out to expecially when you build your self confidence, you will meet with people that matter in their community or any other sociable places. This was great, I've been looking for "how to increase your confidence" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Ganatad Confidence carborundum - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Visualisation is not copying but having a visual experience in your brain by putting yourself in a situation. For example going for a job interview, the way you radiate with confidence and clearly seeing yourself answer all the questions confidently.

Thanks, excellent presentation. Particularly for me, the idea of "seeing myself as who I want to become" and at the same time "trying to be myself" seems contradictory. That causes me dissonance. Which do I express, the future person or the present person? From my practice, I prefer to embrace who I am and work to develop the qualities that I wish to manifest, always keeping in mind that "that person is creating themselves", but is not there yet... Therefore, I also embrace what is in this "I don't like her and I accept it as part of the journey" moment.
