Today's dough is very easy and above all it does not require leavening, that is, it rises directly in the oven, having used an instant yeast! It is versatile and can be used for many preparations, both Calzones but also fried PANZEROTTI, FOCACCIA, PIZZA as I explain in the video!

👉🏻You can replace the milk with water if you prefer and you can fill it in a thousand different ways (as I explain in the video)
🌡️ COOKING: 200° static 190° fan for about 20-25 minutes
📝 INGREDIENTS:
300 g Flour 00 (or 0)
250 ml Milk (or water)
6 g Salt
10 g Instant Yeast for savory pies
20 g Oil
150 g Cooked Ham
100 g Smoked Provola or Mozzarella
