The scenery there is amazing - I can't get over how beautiful it is. I love seeing NZ through your videos because it's super high on my travel bucket list. Brave for dipping in that chilly water!

The water is relativlely chiily but at 23 c not too bad up in Northland in summer, sometimes warmer. Much cooler down south!! Note that C&C are feeling the heat even though they from Durban! It is humid up there this year and the NZ sun is brutal! The sea is refreshing LoL!!

You 2 are great advocates for Northland. Please do some exposure on the Hundertwasser In Whangarei. It definitely needs your help. I’m a Whangarei boy but migrated south to Auckland in 87…Love Matapouri with a vengeance ….how could you not. Love you guys. BB

The waters there is very cold for me, a Duurbanite. With the weather in KZN being so hot and humid I would ot for your cold waters. Thanks for the video

Totally agree, we were spoilt by the warm Indian Ocean 🙈 but we love swimming in the sea too much to not take a dip, even if it’s freezing cold 😅
