TV Calibration - Headaches, Eye Strain Remedy? Best TV Settings? (PART 6)

How do you deal with Eye Strain and Headaches because your display is incorrectly set up? I set my PC Monitor to 6500 Kelvin and no more headaches or Eye Strain.

I adjusted my C1 with the app to reduced the blue lights and I can't change to anything else right now, my eyes love it

I'm curious to know why you decided to adjust the red instead of blue to lower the temperature

The goal was 6500k, and this RGB balance bought it in line. I could try a different method to get to 6500k, but this is how I could get the green balance correct too. Red was way off.

Have you ever calibrated TV's and the bottom end of the greyscale is almost impossible to get right?

For work I would try even lower, maybe 6000k

When I get some time I'm going to recalibrate and see if I can get 6000k to look good.
