I loved the artwork for Arbor. I lost my oldest brother in 2010 and my grandmother in 2012. While my brother's death was sudden and my grandmother's was peaceful, losing them both so closely together took a toll on our whole family. I kept the memorial poem we created for my brother and the framed brass praying hands that I would see every time I went to my grandmother's house. Those two pieces of art have been with me through my adventures in life, and will be a part of every new place I go. This is the most emotional response I've had to a video, because it hits so close to the heart. I had to stop while typing this several times since I was crying so hard.

Amazing that Kate visualized this whole room, including the built in Joey built. So great Bennett has her own room now and not "her sister's room she uses". Her sister would definitely want that for her. Think it was a bit of a shock to the mom to see the old room gone and a new room. Must be so hard to see the memories disappear. Can't imagine and hope no one else ever has to. Love all the touches. So clever of Kate to think of the nesting stools. Joey does a lot of the physical work and he does it so well. He takes true pride in his work and it shows. Kate's D.I.Y.'s are always such personal touches. They are a great team.

I think HGTV would be too controlling. Too many youtubers get bought out by bigger networks and it makes them totally change their style but that's just my opinion

I am actually a tween too and I am in the process of remodeling my bedroom. I just got a teal grey and white comforter, brand new white furniture, I painted three of my walls a light grey, and have an accent teal wall.
