Bob Dobsin It was, actually. The soundtrack was released in 2006 to new subscribers of Nintendo Power. I've got a copy myself. It only has... six songs on it? I think? But this was one of 'em.

Midna is definetly one of my favorite Zelda characters! I love her creepy yet cute little smile and her mischievous giggle :)

It's not obvious but it is there. The first three notes could be Zelda's Lullaby backwards (though the middle note is higher), but the different (minor) key and rhythm obscure it. It was probably deliberate to tie in with the Midna being Zelda's counterpart thing. Composers do this all the time to get more mileage out of one theme. I'm sure you really wanted to know that.
