I don't think the average person knows what a "log HOME" can be. I think if y ou said "Log home" they picture "lob cabins" ....simple in design, shoe box shaped, boring, no eleganece, no modern conveniences...or very minimal. Not what "Log homes" CAN BE..multi-million dollar ESTATE style homes. But with warmth and character you can't get with a post-modern style home you will see in Beverly Hills (CA). Or any "elite area"...though they have a market too. My dream home is a "lux log home"... Only things missing in this home were--custom home theatre, walk-in pantry, large home gym and walk-in wine cellar. Possibly a pool.Guest house if the property lot size allows. I'd just want the first few items. Time to buy more lottery tickets. :) Wonder how much this home sold for.
