Vauxhall Agila VXR! *Z20LET SLEEPER*

I owned a 2002 Suzuki wagon R+ 1.3L and what people seem to miss is HP to KG ratios. Just with the factory 1.3L VVT engine, it was surprisingly perky and pulled the lightweight body well. Yes it isn't going to win any racing competitions. But it never was supposed to be a racing car. I did however surprise many pulling away at traffic lights and the like. I think it's overlooked and underestimated just how capable it really was. I didn't care what others think. I adored my Wagon R+, I personally thought it was absolutely brilliant. It made me and my little son happy, that's all I care about. It was his favourite car and mine haha. I do own a much newer higher spec car nowadays, but I would never forget my great experience and how well these little cars serve their purpose. I remember it being pretty solid built too, it was far from tinny and the bonnet had a little weft to it, if I remember rightly 😊.

@joebloggs3629 upon further inspection, you can get turbo/supercharger kits for the M16, which puts the horsepower up to around 180 on stock internals

🤦🏻 we know this but when you have to explain to the messes what the engine is, you have to go with the car which is most relatable. An if someone said Astra GSI I automatically think Mk3 Astra.
