I think this draft will definitely go down as a turning point for the franchise. If Greir can keep making the types of moves, he has been and the head, coaching decision pans out. I think this could be the core that really brings us back to prominence in the next 3 to 5 years.

His brother has been a wizard with contracts on the dolphins. Hopefully Mike can do just as well with the Sharks

Y’all are no different than the blackhawks, and as a Blackhawk fan, yall are in your first year of building with a franchise player with no help (besides free agency), and we both have a long way to go. Can’t mess a thing up

@@joey2614 i’d say the sharks are only in a very slightly better place just because of drafting Will Smith and Quentin musty last year and a few other notable prospects from a few years back, but yeah very similar spots. The tear down is the easy part. The difficult part starts now with building around a franchise player.

Chernyshov is a pick I’m really excited about for the Sharks after Celebrini and Dickinson of course. I definitely didn’t think it would be possible for SJ to take him, so I think there’s amazing value in that pick and I can’t wait to see how he develops!

Dickinson finished 2nd overall in On-Ice Testing for the CHL Top Prospects Game. He finished 1st in the 30m Forward Skate with Puck and first in the 30m Backwards Skate with Puck. 🦈

Huge draft for the sharks, and a huge step for their rebuild. Its gonna be fun to watch them next season.

Man with all the hockey news surrounding various teams with the draft, trades, and free agency and all the moves your sharks have made. I totally forgot that they also picked up Collin Graf towards end of season. I believe he even played in a few of the final games. Prospect pool is rich for the Sharks. I would be interested to see how he pans out since he signed as an undrafted free agent.

Absolutley loved this draft!!! Got to be there with a ton of other Sharks fans! Dickinson, Chernyshov, Wetsch. Grier is drafting physical 2 way players to build a future playoff contender!

Seems like Sharks fans are pretty excited now. Luckily trading Hertl didn't kill the fanbase like you seemed to think it might.

The fanbase came back for Celebrini so yeah, that was a poor, though understandable take. Vegas was out of the 1st round so something went right in this world. Hertl's contract gonna age like vinegar. There's a chance that Vegas gets worser next year so it's unprotected 1st rounder could be in the teens.

You have a really deep knowledge of sharks lore and their prospect pool. I appreciate your insight much more than fakers who try to pump out videos of every team and just end up sounding dumb!
