Good video. It reminded me when I was in college I used to go lobster diving quite often. And my roommate would take trips to Baja and come back with heaps of tuna fillets. Those were some of the best meals of my life and we quite honestly were dirt poor. Amazing how that works

I had a pelican light like yours for many years. It has a dual bulb. I guess that won’t help if the batteries fail though. That lobstering looked kinda difficult. In California at night they just come right out in the open so usually once you see them you got em.

You like custom home cooking ideas! Me too, and here's one I came up with that can level up one of your go to meals. In your hot pan add in whatever fresh or dried herbs and/or spices you want and shake them around a bit till the smell of them is taking over the room. Then add a small amount of water and/or sauces you like and let it mostly steam off before adding your tortilla, takes a little technique to make sure it doesn't stick but it isn't very hard and the result is a customized flavor tortilla that can be a game changer.
