I wouldn't think that Judith would let him do that, and we all know Judith has more authority than Herb over who lives in his house.

anyone else think Walden should have been Charlie's bastard. With running jokes about Alan not receiving the gene for success and the possibility of a lot more relatives from Charlie's one night stands. Also the whole airheadedness being genetic At least would have made more sense for Walden wanting to have Alan in his life with connection being uncle and nephew instead of he just came with the house.
