I’m only seeing two choices. Either fight for his release so he can make some kind of money to later garnish. Or keep him locked up knowing that you’ll never receive any kind of payment

He's incarcerated what more can they do and by the way they are not getting payed any child support if he hasn't payed by now he never will just be happy the child is a adult

I guess I am a little confused why Ms. Hobbs is coming across as being frustrated with this process and the proceedings. The circumstances of the situation are not the doing of the court or the AAG. There isn’t anything different that they can do with the situation these adults created. I understand it is frustrating to be the sole provider but what else does she want while he’s incarcerated?
