In National crash, the heavy army cars where tied with straps, according to their weights. But the man who did it, didn't knew that is maximum strength of each strap is possible ONLY if they are being used vertical. So, in fact, he should have used more straps for each military car, because straps where not vertical. So in fact, it was lack of proper training of the personnel handling the loading of the aircraft.
