Jesus loves you and so do I :)!
1st meal:
1. Thin-sliced organic bread
2. 1/4 of a large avocado
3. 1 organic brown egg
4. Bagel seasoning
Fruit:
1. Grapes
2. Blackberries
3. Blueberries
2nd Meal:
1. 1/2 Sweet Potato
2. 1 Broccoli head
3. handful of spinach or 1 cup
4. 1/4 of an onion
5. Complete seasoning
6. Salt & pepper
7. Half a chicken breast

I really liked this video! I definitely just had a similar meal last night but with salmon. The sweet potatoes were hitting lol.

Sorry but is your body is a temple, and you take care of your soul, please don't put anyone else's soul in it. There are great video's who can inspire you to a protein full life without cruelty. Sorry but that sentence is a trigger for humans who are against animal cruelty.
