I feel like in game 3 you just have to assume there’s no cylinder because playing to slow lets Gage draw an out. This is a classic example of playing not to lose rather than playing to actually win

yea, you're basically setting yourself up to lose on the next turn by respecting the cylinder. If there was one set, you probably wouldnt even be able to out it before you lost tempo.

Also in game 3 Gage should have toggled on and activated secret barrel right away in draw phase. Shouldn't have allowed CImo to go to main phase because if he had tribute summoned something the barrel would have become non-lethal. Doesn't matter if Cimo had a book of moon or not, quick spells wouldn't leave the field until the whole chain is resolved.

For anyone playing Goat Draft: Hyper Hammerhead is a good card, it always bounces whatever it fights with a 1500 booty. Its a huge temposwing into a set monster because your opponent will have to use another normal, which will get bounced, to get rid of it
