I want to moan & groan, but I just can't seem to find a reason this week..... maybe next week. Must be that rotten weather. You know, I'm becoming quite fond of "Wobbly" the chopping block; I'm gonna miss her when she's gone. I almost cried when you banished "Old Faithful" :( That is good news that your wait list is getting longer, means you're doing it right. I certainly don't mind waiting after the first one I got. Rob, thanks for the great videos this week. Having trolls means you're going places. What I enjoy most is it's you doing what you love and we're just along for the ride. Thing is after having not been in the woods for 20 years and not having been in the woods doing my thing for 35 there's not a video I don't learn something from. For instance I'm keeping my issue Gore-Tex trousers I was thinking of getting rid of and reevaluate the neck knife I got as a gift some time ago (CRKT Minimalist Bowie). I was eying the Mora and then found the CRKT at the bottom of my old ALICE pack. Good times. Anyway thanks again and I'm looking forward to the next video (or several if that's how you do them).

One of the unfortunate parts of KZbin is that as a channel grows it attracts trolls. It's just the nature of the beast. Don't let them get to you because they can drive you crazy. I've seen it happen on other channels where a creator became so obsessed with his detractors that it set a negative tone over the whole production. Remember that the overwhelming majority of your viewers really enjoy the content just fine as it is. BTW was that guy really incapable of scrolling through the video to the saw part? Too high tech an operation for him?
@RobEvansWoodsman2 жыл бұрын
I dont want to dwell on trolls , luckily it dosent happen very often, i will argue my point, i cant just leave it there. ive been told by other youtubers to just delete the trolls and not to give them a second thought.

@howardvarley87952 жыл бұрын
As Azeem said " Allah loves wondrous variety". On a site like this Rob you will always get the odd commenter with a different view to the rest of us, the world is full of people who enjoy criticising for the sake of it. Ignore it.

Rob haters gotta hate and trolls gotta troll but I love your content and look forward to your videos. Sounds to me like he’s the Real little whiney bitch. Carry on Brother and we’ll keep watching. I agree with you 100% on the Eldris blade length, another inch of blade and it would be a much more useful tool.

You can't please everyone, so you might as well please yourself, as a 1970s song once said. It just maybe the guy has a limited attention span, it may be he's a little troll working on behalf of another channel. Who knows, who cares. Keep up the video's, I'm enjoying the content, especially the opinions on the knifes, their construction and uses. 👍🇬🇧🇩🇪. Et tu, Rob! Mora Eldris? I bought one while back thinking to have a fixed blade on me all the time, edc stuff, concealed if possible, right? Comments I got from the people are quite interesting to say the least. They asked me if I was growing a third boob when I wore on my neck. If I was happy to see them when I had it in my pocket. I like the knife as a good functioning tool, but enough was enough. It is hung on the wall now (I don't sell my knives). I got Tops Mini Scandi and CRKT Minimalist. No comment from no one. Quite concealed and ready to go to work. I never thought of you as a whiney bitch. I think of you as a big softie for not going on to Alone because you will miss the Yorkshire Tea which tastes like a cake. Do what you like, Rob, if some people thinks your contents are boring, they could always watch something else. Already waiting for the hot tent video. Go, Evans!
