This was a truly beautiful and deep film. I'm a man and I howled my eyes out on more than one occasion. Such a moving story, and totally plausible too. If only more of this happened in real life. What was enjoyable was there were not too many props, so we could feel close to the two main protagonists. I will share this film with one or two friends. Thank you so much for sharing this with us.

I watched this movie about a year ago, and it's one I was drawn back to watch again. The story of a young homeless musician and an elderly widow who share a sailboat is so beautifully done. It makes it seem so easy & good, but that man kidnapped her & will likely go to prison for that. If she dies like she wants too, it might be for a long time as he put her in that situation. That's the sad reality of this movie unfortunately

It is a very heart warming and touching movie. Two lost souls indeed and how they came to life with each other and reviving each other in the process. I wish the ending could have been different. Superb acting by both Ms Eleanor and Mr Jesse. He is such a handsome young man with talent, I am sure we are going to see him more! And I can't wait! it's a beautiful movie. I love the old lady and the young man relationship. the daughter doesn't care about her mom. she didn't come for her birthday and after discovering the story of the mother with the boat . it's really sad and bad to see this two people with through love be separate. and the daughter and I suppose her husband put her in a house care.
