Your video is interesting for a junior embryologist like me! I've never heard about the stirring ICSI. Although it was uploaded long ago, Can I ask some questions? I'd like to ask about the degeneration rate compared to aspiration ICSI (maybe you're already proficient now) and the average age of your clinic patient. The average age in our clinic is more than 35 yrs. I'm wondering if that method is only useful for young patient's oocytes.

Honestly..we gave up this method after trying few sibling studies. Once you get proficient with aspiration ICSI ...you do not need to try anything else..

How is the fertilization rate, embryo development, and the degeneration of the embryos post icsi?? It is too invasive for the oocyte, isn't it?

Haven't been able to do too many sibling oocyte case studies. However of the few I did, I see no degeneration in the Penetration ICSI technique, Fertilization and Blastulation rates have been similar to Aspiration so far, probably because I haven't mastered the technique yet. Need more practice :-)

Direct Penetration ICSI supposedly is supposed to give better Fertilization and Blastulation Rate, however needs a lot of practice.
