I remember at probably like 4/5, my first memory was my father having my mom jacked up against the wall. However, they were not like these 2 people. They are not parents. My parents gave me a clean home, a wonderful property, a great education and I had a full scholarship for college. They were abusive mentally and emotionally. But NEVER conditions like that. Ever. We raised German Shepherd's. Breed and trained them since I was 8 yrs old. The dogs kennels were sweeped out daily, water bowls bleached out monthy. Refilled daily and rinsed out. Feed anywhere between 1 to 3 feedings a day. Depending on age. I am so glad they got away but medically..all those kids are not where they should be. California laws need to get back to being severe for those who murder and torture another human being. So ALL THE KIDS DIDN'T DIE..SO..?? I didn’t know any streets either until I was 18 cuz my parents were really strict I was never allowed to go out or have friends or bring friends over. They would spread rumours about me to family to make my situation harder. I would be stalked and busted everytime I’d try to go out with friends secretly after school/college. Even going out to grocery shop I was given lectures by my older sisters and parents cuz they thought I was out dating someone so I had to send them proof like photos & addresses of where I am and with who if I went out to run errands. It happened until 25 and now turned 26 last month but I’m still not allowed to go out late and I get questions when I go out. Not allowed to date and I don’t have any friends right now cuz everytime I make a friend they tell me to stop talking to them and make up excuses that this friend is bad influence. Im not allowed to dress however I want or talk on the phone with friends(from social media cuz I don’t have local friends) Im not allowed to come home late I come home at 7 the latest. I want to save money so I can move out and be independent cuz I feel like I’m not confident or independent enough being the age that I am.. I feel bad for the years I lost without experiencing my childhood but at least I know these things were wrong. When I tell my family they’re wrong they actually gaslight me and tell me “you just hate us and you’re crazy we are all normal and you’re the one who’s a psychopath” they would also threaten to call the police on me and tell them that I am scaring them and that they will kick me out. My sister used to bully me in high school and still does to this day. She would bully me about my skinny weight and when the school helped me gain weight at the hospital she started bullying me for gaining wright then she would make fun of the way I eat or my makeup and other stuff. She’s the one who spreads rumours about me to make my parents more strict and doubt me. My other older sister was good to me until she started following my middle sister’s footsteps into calling me names and bullying me everytime I’d stand up for myself. Guys, there are still people down in the comments saying that you can't heal or move on unless you forgive, but that's such a toxic belief that there's a growing number of people like myself that are trying to make it known that you do not HAVE TO forgive anyone. That it's perfectly okay to say "I don't forgive you", but still forget and move on. No one is owed your forgiveness, and no one gets to decide whether you give it or not besides you, and if they try to tell you otherwise, tell them in no uncertain terms that they need to take several steps back into their own lane. I had a shitty childhood full of adults that would continue to hurt me well into my adulthood, and it got to the point where I had to ask myself what these "family members" even did for this relationship. And because they were unwilling to change they weren't deserving of my forgiveness, or a place in my life. I can't forgive them, I took the time I needed to mourn the loss of a close relationship with them that I always wanted but never had. They don't deserve my forgiveness, and this next chapter of my life I've moved on to has been so much better with me going no contact with them and moving on better than ever.

Leo.My last comment..when you see the 'mother'-pure evil. There is no feeling, remorse or kindness in that face.I can not handle how Christians(or they call themselves that) can say-you must love even evil people. It is because of the mother's upbringing. There is always an excuse..to me it means only one thing-these people abuse religion with their holier than though attitude. But basically it means only that they can not take a stand for what is right or wrong. And telling God what He would have done,as if they know His mind..arrogance,ignorance.I regard such as morally depraved.

I too, for totally different reasons, did not have a normal childhood. But don't worry. Now at age 20 something these young adults can start making up for the childhood they never had. I know they will because I did it too. I'm 55 years old now and I still do some things that normal 55 year olds do not do. You spend the rest of your life making up for what you didn't get in your childhood. It isn't quite the same as having did all these things as a kid but it is the best we have and it makes for a fun adulthood. However, the downfall is that you never really feel completely comfortable with your own age group. For example, I am in my fifties but I enjoy adventurous things that a 20 something might enjoy, and my career life is at the 30 something level of just now finding my way in life. While my chronological age group is slowing down and retiring...I am speeding up. Yes, I look like I'm 55. I have the aches and pains sometimes of that age group but I'll be d@mned if I'm not gonna do all the things I never got to do growing up. Yep. My mother stole my childhood but she can't stop me now. Go do whatever you want guys!!!! Take back what was taken from you! Take it all back and more!!!!!
