we drove to Italy on vacation in 1991, and can confirm the horn is the most used part of Italian vehicles. And supposedly the reason they use those piddly squeeky horns is so they don't cause an avalanche in the mountains.

We had a Fiat 850 Spyder. Trust me, it DID have electrical problems. Mom had to translate the repair manual for Dad. As an added bonus the floorboards were rusted through. As kids stuffed behind the front seat, we could see the road go by underfoot. Really safe.

This is great. I owned a 1960 FIAT 600D, fitted with twin petrol tanks (we had fuel rationing in UK during the 70s) and a range of 600 plus miles. I just remembered, it also had a rudimentary cruise control under the glove shelf. 767cc, 50 miles to the gallon. A great little car full of character as have all small FIATs of the era. Thanks for showing these two.

... I am a 73yo man from portugal and my father owned a multipla 600, yellow w/ black roof, in 1960 and I have very good memories of it. but it had a very nasty end: on a very steep lisbon road, while it was raining, it skidded on the rails of street car and ... it crashed against an upcoming yellow trolley! 6 months at the hospital and the multipla 600 was gone. these 2 examples are new to me and very beautiful. thanks and cheers!

Another wonderful episode that ticks all the classic JLG boxes: 1) a car I'd never seen (or even heard of) before 2) an engaging owner for Jay to chat with (and he is a natural interviewer) 3) Jay drives the thing, rarity be damned, so we can see how it is going down the road This is why JLG has always been unique not only to the hobby, but to car shows in general. The viewer walks away the better for having watched it. Thanks as always for sharing, Jay! -Ed on the Ridge

In the Name of Jesus Christ, we command Satan's demons to fight against and destroy each other. Specifically, we command all marriage and family hindering, delaying, preventing, destroying and breaking demons to attack spirits of Ahab and Jezebel. We command the spirits of power and control to attack the spirits of pornography and Eros; the spirits of violence and torture to attack the spirits of human subjection, degradation and submission. Loose the spirits of riches and wealth by greed to attack the spirits of lust for one world rulership, currency, and total control of the world system; the spirits of anti-capitalism, rebellion against free enterprise, strike and work stoppage to attack the spirits of poverty, hatred for believers, anti- Americanism and human bondage. Let the spirits of war between the nations, destruction, hatred and anger attack the spirits of political and spiritual blindness, rage, mockery, vengeance, evil political science and influence, Illuminati and Communism. Let the spirits of antichrist, 666, and false religions attack the spirits of Roman Catholicism and Masonry, the spirits of infirmities, sicknesses, weaknesses, deformities, and accidents. Let them attack the spirits of alcohol, drugs nicotine, bad nutrition and abortion. Let them destroy the spirits of mind control and darkness and attack the spirits of Leviathan and pride. Father, we ask You to loose burning, judgment and destruction upon all disobedient and reluctant spirits that fail to follow these commands. And I will give you the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven. Whatever you forbid on earth will be forbidden in heaven, and whatever you permit on earth will be permitted in heaven.” Luke 10:19, “I have given you the power to trample on snakes and scorpions and to defeat the power of your enemy Satan. Nothing can harm you.” Matthew 18:18 "Truly I tell you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.” Luke 11:20-22, “But if I am casting out demons by the power of, it proves the kingdom of God has come near to you. When a strong man with all his weapons guards his home, all his belongings are safe: but when someone stronger than him attacks and overpowers, he strips him of his weapons and carries off his belongings.” Matthew 12:25-26, “Jesus knew their thoughts and replied, “Any kingdom divided by civil war is doomed. A town or family splintered by feuding will fall apart. And if Satan is casting out Satan, he is divided and fighting against himself. His own kingdom will not survive.” (These prayers are taken from a booklet which can be read online, called, “Win Worley Warfare Prayers,” which I included a link to below. @Jackie Daytona I have experienced everything I wrote but the point I was gettting at is if you treat your employees well and give them decent breaks you will have a happier, less stressed workforce than an employer who tries to squeeze every last ounce out of their staff for the annual salary. There was a time when working extended hours (overtime) would be double pay -- now you're lucky to get any extra money and you're expected to 'muck-in' -- private life be damned. Do you have a problem with any of that?

@@teliots I think you might buddy. You're lucky I'm replying considering my comment was from 7 months ago. I'll level with you Jay was perhaps more focused on the road than the conversation. However, the "right, right, yeah" that Jay keeps saying is to me an sign of just trying to keep the conversation going. Jay tries to keep making light of the vehicle and joking, meanwhile the guy is on this serious/personal conversation which isn't boring per se but whenever Jay interjects he can barely get a response out of him before he continues on. To me, I don't like these kinds of conversation.

I'm scared to hit anything with my '75 Fiat 124 Sport Coupe. I thought the same thing, only much worse, in that vehicle Jay's driving. Total death trap in an accident. At least I have a real roof above and hood and engine in front of me. But I will say, in the close up views, most if not all the metalwork looks very good, perfect in many spots. But I also wouldn't drive one of these over 35 mph and that's pushing the safety margin.
