Always good, recycling auto parts, what some might think is junk, is someone's gold especially hard to find stuff.

Love this stuff and the pits on the different options. There's slim pickings in NZ. So definitely good to know and we've got pick a park yards here but they aren't that nicely organised or safe.

I pulled the windshield and hatch glass trim off that black 86 foxbody. I also got a set of near perfect door cards off of it. My buddy works there and told me when they were putting it on the yard. Gotta be quick when they put them out. That stuff doesn't last.

You can make the older blocks roller for under $100 including tools I have several older blocks with the lifter guides retro fitted. I'm going to retrofit one in a few weeks I will try to video it

Dude I love the videos! I have a question on a setup I am working on. So I have a 89 f350 single wheel with a 4spd. It's my tow pig for my rock crawler and my hay/horse hauler (hay can reach 20,000lb). So with that said I'm building a 351w. I wanna boost it, I have a 7875 vs turbo from another project. At what power will a stock bottom end, MLS gasket and studs survive with constant load for some long hills in Kentucky? I'm hoping to be 500/500 at the tire on e85. Ms3 gold box system

So with a 93' & down 351W engine if I don't want to do the Roller rockers set up all I have to do is put in some Link 🔗 Lifter & a Letter Cam & That's it?
@Neomustangs5 ай бұрын
Ya for sure. Its not that big of a deal to get whatever year you want. HOWEVER if you already had said mods on 302 you dont have to buy twice.
@awee58165 ай бұрын
@@Neomustangs thanks 👍

Avoid the smaller letter cams on a 351 though. You need higher duration and lift than they provide for the 302.

What a waste of those foxbodies. Didn't look like there was any body rot on them. Yank those junk engines out and put in a V8. That 86 had a sunroof, don't come across those too often. Being northern Ohio, didn't see a whole lot of body rot on those cars and trucks, being in the rust belt after all.
@Neomustangs5 ай бұрын
Ya wasn’t bad. Unfortunately once they see this yard there’s no taking them back.
@CollideFan15 ай бұрын
@@Neomustangs Such a shame. The owners should have sold them. Someone would have bought them and put them back to being good cars again

cut off what you can--if you like a sunroof, bet there's a 4 banger roller someplace on FBM that can take the body parts (heck, if you find a T top roof, get it for a coupe and freak out the mustang crowd). if you have a body style that was built over a decade, chances are there are grills and body pieces that can backdate a later car if that's what you want to do (like, say, make a 1980's dodge truck look like a single headlight mid 1970's)
